Step 1 : Unlock your device and launch the Messages App.
Step 2 : Tap and open the conversation thread where you have received photos and videos you would like to save.
Step 4 : On Details window, scroll down on Attachments Section. Then, press and hold one of the pictures or videos you would like to save.
Step 5 : Tap on More Option when the popup appears.
Step 6 : Tap the ” Select All ” Option to select all the photos and videos you have received on this conversation.
After you tap on ” Save Images ” Option, all the selected photos and videos will be saved on your Camera Roll and can be accessed from Photos App.
