Using our phones for so many different purposes, has made it harder to stay away from it. It is an addiction for a lot of people to check their phone at regular time intervals. Most of us check their phones and all the notifications when we first wake up in the morning and when we fall asleep on the bed in the night.
Like most of the users, I use my phone 1-2 hours before I fall asleep on the bed. Just read some news, some blog articles, watch a movie or listen to music.
If you also use your iPhone or iPad before you fall asleep, then probably your eyes start to hurt if you use for a long time.
This happens because you turn off your room’s light and the device brightness is too strong for the ambient. You may lower your device brightness on Settings but still, even with the lowest brightness level, your eyes hurt because the room is in total darkness.

How to Activate NightMode on iPhone or iPad Without Jailbreak
Actually, this is a trick hidden inside your iOS device. Just follow the steps provided below and you will activate NightMode on iPhone or iPad Without Jailbreak.
Also, I am going to use iPhone as a device but the same steps are performed on iPad.
1. Unlock your device and go to Settings – General – Accessibility.
3. Now, a button will appear on your screen. Tap on it and a popup will be available. Push the slider at the bottom of it to the left.
4. Then, tap on ” Choose Filter ” and select ” Low Light ” option. After doing these steps, tap anywhere on the screen to remove the popup. Now, turn off both Zoom and Show Control toggles which you enabled on Step 2.
That’s it. Now, to enable NightMode on your iOS Device, you have to triple press the home button and after that the screen will go even dimmer than the lowest brightness level.
You can use your device at night more easily and without eyes issues.
To disable NightMode when you don’t need it, triple press again the home button and the brightness settings should go to normal levels.
